What’s your go-to snack when you’re busy and on-the-go?


Here at Kooky, we love snacking! A little pick-me-up between meals keeps us fuelled throughout the day so we can keep performing at our best.


Often, we’re too busy to lovingly prepare ourselves fancy snacks; we need something delicious that we can just grab and take with us. 


So, we’ve pulled together some of our favourite simple and healthy snacks to give you some snacking inspiration!

Freeze-Dried Fruit and Gently-Dried Fruit Snacks

We may have cheated slightly for our first on-the-go snack idea…


Technically, you don’t have to do anything to our dried fruits; they’re pretty great as they are. 


The packaging is compact and lightweight, so you can just grab a bag and go - and the packaging helps to keep the fruit fresh, so you can store the rest away for another snack time. 


They’re deliciously sweet and filling so you don’t need to worry about adding anything extra if you don’t want to. 


As far as snacks go, something you can simply reach from the cupboard, throw into your bag, and delve into throughout the day is a winner in our eyes.

This simple and healthy snack idea takes a little bit more pre-planning but can save you time and effort in the long run.


Why not make a delicious batch of healthy banana muffins using our Kooky fruits for a deliciously sweet snack?
