FODMAPs are all the rage at the moment but what exactly are they? FODMAPS (Fermentable Oligosaccharides Disaccharides Monosaccharides and Polyols) are actually a group of sugars that aren't completely digested or absorbed in our intestines and have earned themselves a bad name amidst the IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) community.
